Usage instructions:
1. Search for a postcode - this will give you the zone number
2. Find the zone number and how many jobs can be done on this day
3. Check big change to see if there is a gap available
4. Use the schedule assistant to book the zone and date checked

If between 8-4 Monday to Friday and you need a date (as instructed by the map) use the teams chat.

No job is to be put on an engineer - It must be added to a zone as per the map.

You must use the scheduling assistant to add the job on big change. Do not add it manually as you will not see how many jobs are on already.

Do not contact any sub – contractor in any case unless you are directed to by the office.

Do not contact engineers all communication with them must come through the office.

Do not, under any circumstances, reach out to engineers or subcontractors directly for support or to deploy them to service calls. EVERY request must come via the Operations Team, there are no exceptions to this.
